Machine introduction
HSP-1N multifunction full automatic coffee capsule filling sealing machine is suitable for filling and sealing coffee capsules.But we also can change the machine for different containers with different specifications. Can be configured in different ways while filling type, such as gravity flow, filling type, cup type, negative pressure, screw filling, in order for different products filling.

Machine working process
1.Automatic falling cup;
2.Screw filling coffee powder;
3.Compacting coffee powder;
4.Automatic hooper mixing;
5.Blow away the powder, this device will blow away powder which is on the mold and the edge of cups;(Option function)
6.Vacuum clean powder(Vacuum cleaner supply by user), user need to use a vacuum cleaner connect to the filling and sealing machine, this device will clean the powder on the edge of the cups again for a good look of finished cups;(Optional function)
7.Sucking and putting pre-cut foils;
8.First sealing;
9.Second sealing;
10.Export push-out finished cups. This device will push-out the finished cups to a small platform
