Instruction:
The Kcup carton packing machine production line from Automatic feed empty K-cup, filling coffee and sealing it, then suck up from the coffee filling sealing machine to the conveyor.
* Feeding mechanism I: Suck out kcups from the filling machine and position it in the separating conveyor belt.
* Separating conveyor belt: The small cups will be separated in this conveyor belt, then it will be conveyed to three feeding tracks.
* Feeding conveyor belt:
Servo controls the feeding conveyor belt. After separating the servo control will automatic stop, and the cylinder will remove 9 small cups to the tank chain of carton machine(repeat twice).
* Feeding mechanism II: Photoelectricity controls the feeding mechanism II. Only when the 9 small Cups were in the feeding conveyor belt would start the work.
