B: When the syringe is assembled, the inner and outer tubes are not cleaned and become stuck. You need to remove the syringe to clean it.

C: The injection system is not installed in the bearing. To make it not work properly, it must be reinstalled.

2. The injection is uneven, the end of the joint is tightened tightly, and there is air leakage. You need to tighten it further.

 3. The machine rotates normally, but no liquid is discharged. Failure:

A: There is foreign matter in the valve that needs to be cleaned;

 B: The upper and lower thimbles in the valve are incorrectly placed (the tips of both thimbles are facing downwards and must not be reversed).

C: 100, 500ml type If there is liquid leakage at the liquid outlet at the lower end of the piston, the cylinder tube should be disassembled to replace the random seal. Note: The sealing ring uses φ65 × 3.1 acid and alkali resistant sealing ring.
